The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) is the preeminent professional, non-stock, not-for-profit organization of over 2,500 member companies and individual management executives engaged or interested in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations work. Founded in 1956, PMAP helps institutions mold an enlightened, competent, socially responsible and influential sector of people managers who can effectively participate in nation-building. PMAP also helps members become more effective on the job by teaching the human aspect of management via numerous research studies and publications, career development fora, training programs and consultancy projects. PMAP currently has 29 chapters throughout the Philippines, further enhancing PMAP’s reputation as a national association. In the international arena, PMAP is also active in the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA) and the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM).

The People Manager magazine is the official monthly publication of PMAP,- People Manager Online magazine . Twelve (12) issues are published in English language every year. The full digital version of every issue of People Manager can be accessed by PMAP members via www.pmap.org.ph. Selected articles and some portions of the magazine are also published online.
