Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management established in 1975 as a national institute conducting professional training, consultation and support services for HR professionals. MIHRM is the leading body for training and support services in Human Resource Management in Malaysia. MIHRM has trained more than 10,000 competent HR professionals and practitioners in both private and public sector.
MIHRM is a non-profit, non-governmental voluntary organization. The Institute is managed by Council Members elected biannually amongst the members at a General Meeting.
The members of the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM) meet regularly to share ideas, perspectives and information relating to the practice of HR in the Asia Pacific region and their individual institutes. Below are the country reports for Malaysia.
Malaysia HR Awards
The Malaysia HR Awards is a National event organized by Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) since 1999. The Awards are strongly supported and endorsed by the human resource community, with the Honourable Minister of Human Resources Malaysia as Patron.
